If you lost or don't know your BitLocker key (ex: password, PIN, USB) but you have your BitLocker recovery key for an encrypted OS, fixed, or removable drive, you can use that recovery key to unlock your drive. The BitLocker recovery key is a 48-digit number stored in your computer.

I turned on BitLocker and simultaneously updated the bios. When the laptop restarted, I got the BitLocker recovery screen and now I don't have the recovery key for the BitLocker. The device is Intune enabled and I couldn't find the key on Azure Ad as well. I checked under myapps.microsoft.com and there isn't any key saved on Microsoft account ...

The BitLocker setup process enforces the creation of a recovery key at the time of activation. If you are unable to locate a required BitLocker recovery key and are unable to revert a configuration change that might have caused it to be required, you must reset your device using one of the Windows 10 recovery options.

1: install KB5040442. 2: restart machine. thats it. The machines that we're seeing most impacted by this are HP Pro SFF 400 G9 Desktop PC's..., all of our machines are MDM managed in Intune, via Hybrid enrollment. Once the bitlocker key is entered, all seems to be normal.
