Can't find & accept Facebook Business Manager invitation
I had this happen on Friday. Go to Settings, then Page Roles, and you should find a pending page role there. It’s dumb, but if it’s an admin of the page, you’ll find the invite on the actual page’s user settings, not in your business manager. So check your notifications in your personal fb account.

Unable to accept invite to Facebook Business Manager
After that, we sent a new invite and the account could accept it. I'm having the exact same issue... Use temporary email. Invite the new email address as admin, u will get the email on temporary mailbox, copy the invite link, paste on ur Facebook new tab. Then u granted as a new admin. Works for me.
