Hello Work is only one of hundreds of organizations in Japan that will offer you resume advice, interview prep, and open opportunities, but they are the ONLY one that exists to find jobs for people (as opposed to people for jobs, which is how recruiting agencies get paid). If an agency recruiter thinks they can make money off of you by you ...

Anyway to get that to work? For windows hello to work, they have to build an IR camera into the laptop. They chose not to do this for the legion 7, so you won’t have windows hello without purchasing an external webcam. They don't support windows Hello : ( Odd thing tho.

When applying to Hello Work, I had an interview lined up, but still no job, so I was in the clear there (I believe if you have a job offer, tough nuts). I got a Hello Work interview date organised and that was after my job interview, so we could put that on my first month's"looking for work" section.

I started working there soon after. In Yamato, you don't need much Japanese and the pay is 1200 yen an hour (1500 if you work night shifts).

I think it's worth going to Hello Work. I had to go to Hello Work before to get some paperwork. The workers there were very kind and patient, and would switch to easy Japanese if I didn't understand something (which is more than I can say for a lot of companies!). ALT positions cropping up seems rare, but they do have a lot of jobs that aren't ...

Expensive, but worth it for a learning experience. Fair enough. I got a 16 free meal coupon but honestly, HelloFresh seems kind of"money grabby." At checkout it said I only got 9 free meals, some meals cost extra, ($9 per serving is not cheap) their sides and extras, like desserts aren't cheap either.

Keep showing up to work at your regular time, 5 days a week. Keep documenting you have been showing up on time. Make sure you fill out your time card. Do not sign anything, they cannot just decide to do this. If you signed something you are SoL. If you quit you won't receive anything for several months (3).
