But I'll just share my experience in case it helps in anyway. So I went to Hello Work and they did have English speakers. The lady that helped me got me an interview at Yamato. I started working there soon after. In Yamato, you don't need much Japanese and the pay is 1200 yen an hour (1500 if you work night shifts).

Expensive, but worth it for a learning experience. Fair enough. I got a 16 free meal coupon but honestly, HelloFresh seems kind of"money grabby." At checkout it said I only got 9 free meals, some meals cost extra, ($9 per serving is not cheap) their sides and extras, like desserts aren't cheap either.

Do not sign anything, they cannot just decide to do this. If you signed something you are SoL. If you quit you won't receive anything for several months (3).
