Connected to Namecheap VPN (server in the same city): Ping 14ms - Download 84.54 Mbps - Upload 5.66 Mbps. Those seem like pretty impressive speeds. Namecheap has awful customer relations. They send me one email while on vacation to say my website domain name would go offline in 30 days due to some ICANN issue.

They were very overpriced the last time I checked (they were like $20/mo for a 4GB RAM VPS which is INSANE, for example, you can get a 4GB VPS from a company like Hetzner for only $7. for around $20, you can get a 16GB ram VPS from Hetzner. it isn't managed though so that could explain the price.) Namecheap has partnered with IP vanish and developed their VPN with them. They use the same locations and serverser and IP's, Namecheap got full access to the data centers, etc and are now partners.
