Heavy graphical glitching when using Netflix - Microsoft Community
It mostly happens when I play something on Netflix (for a couple minutes) and then pause. After a couple of seconds of pausing, it usually starts. To fix the issue, I have to close Netflix and then reopen it. The issues stop as soon as Netflix is closed. I don't know if this is an issue with my hardware, drivers or Windows.

Netflix App won't install correctly via MS Store When clicking on install in the store, it downloads approximately 3.23 kB,"installs" and then allows you to launch the app, but then it hangs on the Netflix screen and you can't do anything.

I just bought the Surface Pro 9 last week. Netflix works fine on a browser. No VPN. Already fully updated Windows. Per Netflix this is an on going issue with no fix. So seems the Surface Pro 9 may not currently work with Netflix.

For Family Safety Monitored kids, if the Game Restrictions are turned on, depending on the Setting you have ( below 10, teen, mature etc) , your child will only be able to download apps that meet the rating.
