Can't uninstall rav endpoint protection - Microsoft Community
It appears that the RAV endpoint services and drivers have been uninstalled already. I think only the folder remains. To remove the RAV security providers registration and rename the folder, copy the following lines (including the Start:: and End:: directives) to the clipboard. Open FRST64.exe and click"Fix".

Once downloaded, open as administrator. Type Reasonlabs in the search bar. It shows you all of the open processes. I highlighted all of them. Right clicked. Hit terminate. Made sure I had the folder open that has Reasonlabs. You find this by opening up the regular task manager, finding reason labs and opening up file location.
