Download and install Community Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI file into your game directory (the DLL and XML files are for developers only). With the latest ScriptHookVDotNet, it uses an asi and a dll (ScriptHookVDotNet.asi and ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll) and both must be in the main game folder or it won't work.
