To import this you do need to convert something. My solution is to use ffmpeg to convert the audio to Opus while copying the video stream (NOT decoding and re-encoding the video, which would degrade quality). Command line: ffmpeg -i inputfile.ts.mp4 -c:v copy -c:a libopus -b:a 510k outputfile.webm.
Ran through all the steps and found out where the issue is but dont know how to resolve it. So I do two separate sequences one being my camera with removed greenscreen and two being the gameplay then I make another sequence and put those together so when Im trimming i deal with less files.

In the latest update, 13.1.3, Adobe decided to remove support of MKV files in both Premiere Pro AND Media Encoder, so now all my old projects are useless and cannot be opened, AND I can't even convert the mkv files to another format since Media Encoder can't even import the files.
