Aerosol Density - Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020/2024) - The AVSIM ...
Meteoblue has aerosol optical depth under air quality & pollen tab. I was just wondering if they didn't inject that off of meteoblue somehow with real weather. Definitely would be some neat stuff if they did. Does anyone know if they do inject the aerosol readings off of meteoblue real weather to the sim?

MSFS 2024 flight dynamics and ground/water handling thread
Jorg more or less implied that 3rd party developers cannot get access to the base weather data because MeteoBlue won't allow it. I believe Jorg wanted to discuss this with MeteoBlue again but it's understandable if MeteoBlue doesn't want their data exposed to anybody who can read it by just using the MSFS SDK.

Since MSFS came out and heard about Meteoblue I paid attention during each office briefing before the flight (domestic in the US and international) and inquire about many crewmembers from different airlines and never heard about this provider. Live Weather Still Woefully Inaccurate - AVSIM
Pre-SU7 the clouds matched the Meteoblue forecast, yes, not live, but predictable and able to be used in flight planning. However, after SU7 when METARs were introduced and were attempted to be blended into the Meteoblue forecast for more than wind and pressure, the clouds then matched neither the forecast nor the weather, and so there was absolutely no way to know what the clouds would be at ...

Does weather radar work in the Fenix A320 - AVSIM
It would be fantastic if Meteoblue could open up the curtains to let these passionate devs do what they do best, because MSFS absolutely has the fidelity to give us the best rendition of the WXR in flight sim- But that may not be what's in store for us. It's all up to Meteoblue, honestly.

1/"Live" weather is misnomer, MeteoBlue as I understand it, brings predicted weather, you know like the little frog and its ladder in a bocal, not real observed weather 2/ LW does not work well in the planning UI (if such thing exists in MFS).
