Giggs, Nicky Butt, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and David Beckham each own 10% of the club, with the Singaporean businessman Peter Lim holding the other 40%. Salford announced at the end of February that they had launched “a process to explore new strategic partners for the club to support its ambitious growth targets”.
Gary Neville on BBC website:"I do not blame the players (Antony and Hojlund) because those price tags are too high....You don't graduate from university and get a top job. Expect a young player to take the top job in world football - centre-forward at Man Utd? You don't ask that."

The usual right wingers kicking off about it. It takes up a bigger part of the front page than Messi lifting the cup.
But ITV doesn't have Alan ( the smug ) Shearer , Gary ( the champagne socalist ) Linkear , Gary ( the failed coach ) Neville , Jamie ( the spit ) Carragher. Give me Keeno the head butt any day . .. 01-06-24, 13:27 #11
Captain Starmer fly's in nice sexy jet to Euro Final ( the same transport they criticised the opposition using saying"tax payers should not stump up luxury jet flights"" ) same old rich filthy folk not real footy fand Guess a pre match gobble up meet up with Gary Neville…was worth us paying for the extra jolly rip .
What did Jamie Carragher say about Right Backs; 'They are all failed wingers or centre halves, nobody grows up dreaming of becoming Gary Neville'. Beechers best work is done in the opposition half, but he's a tough little bugger as well so could do a job in defence. You also missed off Tom Davies - a very cultured, intelligent footballer.
Even Gary Neville thought it was a mistake and onside and that something was wrong because VAR didn’t check it ? He hates Liverpool as much as you ! He hates Liverpool as much as you ! 30-09-23, 20:22 #11
Gary Neville has probably been my favourite out of the pundits. I think he's quite switched on and offers a lot more sensible football chat than the other biased ex England players (Keane aside who's out there on his own!! ). The Spurs manager Ang P was also very good.
