Not able to import PowerPoint : r/ProPresenter - Reddit
ProPresenter is garbage at handling PowerPoint. Only thing I can think of is the PPT file in question was used in a version of PPT that’s no longer supported by Microsoft. If that’s the case the Pro7 importer won’t work. I usually export all of the PPT slides as pngs in PPT and then drag them into the presentation.

Download the video, using whatever method you can find (I use 4k right now), and then add it to ProPresenter. Honestly, this is your best bet regardless of situation. Not able to select (primary click) slides : r/ProPresenter - Reddit
Currently running the most recent v7 version. There are times when we open propresenter and are not able to select slides in the overall arrangement/middle section of the UI. Specifically I’m talking about doing a primary mouse click and display the slide in the screen. We can do an off click on any slide and have full access to the menu options.

Renewed Vision ProPresenter - Reddit
When we turn our computers on, all the screens are setup correctly, however when we open Propresenter, all the screens get scrambled (screen 1 becomes 3, screen 3 becomes 2, etc etc), which completely messes up all of our setup. To fix this, we literally need to unplug all video outputs out of our mac, and then plug them all again.
