On the flip side, using different skins or sticking to a commonly used skin could potentially work in your favor as players using customised skins are easier to hunt down. Slither.io not loading, keeps refreshing/reloading page ... - Reddit
My problem is slither.io keeps refreshing and not loading and basically never working. I noticed that my adblock extension keeps blinking at the same time as the page refreshes. I unistalled adblock, then restarted chrome. Finally Slither.io worked just fine. Switching to Ublock Origin was a permanent solution.

The true solution to the redirect loop in Chrome. The problem is that slither.io only has a http verison, however chrome will try to upgrade to https. Then slitherio downgrades to http and thus we have a redirect loop. The solution is simple. go to chrome://settings/security and disable"Always use secure connections".

I actually tried the VPN option and it worked lol. I just downloaded a random free Chrome extension that gives you a Netherlands VPN, and when I turn it on, Slither.io loads perfectly fine on Chrome. Really weird that different options seem to work for different people.
