Viewing your AncestryDNA® matches. To view your list of matches, you must have matches turned on. If you have matches turned off, you won't see any matches, and you won't appear on their lists. From a browser. From any page on Ancestry, click the DNA tab and select Matches. Look through your list of matches.

Upload FilesOr drop files. To sign in, go to Ancestry.com and click SIGN IN. Enter your login details and click Sign in. To sign out, in the top-right corner of any Ancestry page, click your name or username and then click Sign out.
Currently, the Ancestry AI Assistant is only available in English within the United States, but we may expand availability to new languages and countries over time. How do I turn off, remove, or hide the AI Assistant? It's not currently possible to turn off or hide AI features, including the icon. This may change in the future.

In the top-right corner of any page on Ancestry, choose Sign in. If you don’t see sign in, you or someone else may already be signed in. To switch accounts, follow the steps for signing out and then signing in. Sign in to Ancestry. Sign in with an Ancestry account (email/username and password), Google, or Apple. Sign in with email/username.
